Alberta oilfield companies, let OTS host your upcoming event
Take your next office party, meeting or other special event to the country! Oilfield Technical Society's Centennial Park is located in an ideal setting, just minutes away from Edmonton, yet secluded from the noise of the big city. Centennial Park offers the perfect get-away spot for oil and gas company meetings, executive retreats, Christmas parties or golf tournaments.
Located south of Ellerslie Road, the OTS facility contains an all-weather, air conditioned pavilion that can accommodate up to 700 people and a 10-acre park for picnics, camping and other outdoor functions.
The park also boasts the Outdoor Oilfield Equipment Museum that reflects the changing face of the Alberta oil industry over the decades. The museum was established in 1979 as a tribute to the contribution the oil and gas industry has made to Alberta's growth and prosperity.
OTS was formed in the 1950s to promote co-operation among oil and gas companies, to help further the exploration and development of the petroleum industry and to encourage social interaction among the members. The society members are owners and employees of businesses in and around the oil and gas industry in the Edmonton area and beyond.
Several members-only OTS events are held at the park every year, including a golf tournament, a children’s picnic, a crib tournament and the society's Annual General Meeting.
While the Oilfield Technical Society set up this park to serve businesses in the Alberta oil and gas industry, other companies and groups are welcome to reserve the OTS facility when no other events are booked.
